LanSend

LanSend sends files and text between your computer and a phone, or between two computers, on the same Wi-Fi or Ethernet network. It runs inside TopArrow. Nothing is uploaded to a cloud drive, and no account is required.

Features

• Start a share to get a QR code, a 6-digit code, and a short link. A phone joins by scanning. Another computer can paste the link into a browser.
• Send text and files in one chat. Others can download only the files you explicitly pick.
• Received files go to Downloads / LanSend by default. You can change that folder. If a name already exists, the new file is saved as "name (1)" and the old one stays.
• Large files transfer in checked chunks. An interrupted transfer can resume in the same session, or you can cancel it.
• Two computers running LanSend can see each other under Nearby. Enter the other side's 6-digit code to exchange files and text.
• The interface switches between Chinese and English.

• Phones do not install an app. A browser is enough.
• The code is only six digits, so the link is short enough to type on another computer.
